Booking the Hall
To make a booking at Munlochy Hall:

- Check our Heating Controls
- Click on new booking on the calendar and fill out the form.

Hire Charges
£10.50 per hour (non profit)
£14.50 per hour (profit/business)
£7 per hour (Individual - rehearsal/music practice etc)
Committee room £9 per hour
Children's party/charity event/art classes/etc £10.50 per hour
Private event, eg dance, reception (over 25s) £250.00 + £200 deposit
Payment
Payment can be made by BACS or by cheque. Your cheque should be made out to Munlochy Hall Management Commitee. BACS details will be on your invoice when your online booking is confirmed.

The key to the Hall can be obtained from the key security box, located on the front door. Code will be given prior to hire.
Stewarding and Supervision
Depending on the size and type of event, adequate supervision must be provided. Training should be provided to maintain control over an event in case of unforeseen problems. Children must be supervised at all times.
Toilet facilities
Suitable toilet facilities will be provided including wash basins, hot/warm water, soap and paper towels. Toilet facilities are also provided for disabled persons.
First Aid
There will be a suitable first-aid box in the kitchen in the cupboard marked First Aid. The contents of the box will be kept up to date.
A defibrillator is available in the old telephone box on MIllbank Road, just after the old Post Office and adjacent to the main car park in the village.
Noise
Depending on the type of event, an assessment should be carried out of the noise risks on the site either intermittently or permanently during/after the event and the effect on the public.Noise which may affect the general public should be kept to social hours and if necessary neighbours should be advised before the event.
Refuse and Litter
Suitable waste bins will be provided.
Floors will be cleaned regularly and kept clear.
Any liquid spills will be cleaned up immediately.
After an event, the Hall should be cleaned up and left tidy for next user.All litter should be put in waste bins outside.All recycle materials e.g. bottles, card, plastic and cans must be removed and put to appropriate re-cycling stations.
